I'm a Beuatiful Mermaid

Rose has been on a work out kick for a while now, but the kids make it hard to find time. Last night she was going to the gym and I convinced her to stay and do a workout video at home so everyone could join in. The video we watched was Denise Austin's Pilates for Every Body. You've got to see it.
Jamie started to dance and stretch along with Denise and I. And Cian decided to watch very happily....in Mom's arms. Suffice it to say Rose didn't get to participate as much as Jamie and I.
Overall it's a pretty good video. Sometimes hard to keep a straight face. While you're doing streches Denise keeps talking to you... like she's trying to catch you off guard. Saying things like the title of this post for example. And often.."This is my favorite stretch". And let me tell you she has a lot of favorites!
Until last night (one other time) I had done the floor excercise without a 'resistance band'. Just when I thought I couldn't continue she would say.. "And now relax". That floor workout really works out the stomach! Of course children trying to 'Hop on Pop' probably add to the workout.
So anyway... have a good day.

Let the labs Commence

Just started a new class at work. Kind of feels like I'm back in college only not as much stress... and I get paid.
So today the labs for the class start. They'll be going on until June 1st. It's nice to know where you'll be for the next month or so. I could get used to this.
Yesterday we had severe weather. Everyone was extra geeky in our class then. This must be what meteorologists experience. Our Radar was displaying all six of its' weather levels (ooooh aaahh). There was a lot of 'Come check it out! Six levels!'

And he saw it was good.

labtime for me.. adios!

Loose ends

Well, over the weekend was a lot of revisiting old haunts. After a year my partner in crime and I went back to OSU to finish up our Senior Project. It feels good to follow up. It's also kind of frustrating.
Back then my note taking was not as good as it could be. "Justin you should keep a backup of important files for your projevt so you don't have to do them again!" Doh
Our lab hasn't changed much. Things are as I left them a year ago!

Soon it should all be taken care of. more update later
